We've all been renters before, and we understand that this is a crucial piece of the equation.  We remember what it was like to live in a house or apartment that felt like we had someone looking over our shoulder - sometimes literally!  We remember what it was like when we had a landlord that truly respected the place as "our home" and treated it as such.

That's the philosophy we stick with in managing our properties.  Because we're a small, private management company, we're able to truly build relationships with our tenants, and work hard to find the right home for each person, and the right person for each home.  We believe that if we take care of the house, you will, too - then everyone wins.  You get a nice, comfortable, clean, secure place to call home.  We get the comfort of having found someone who knows the difference between a house and a home, and will take good as care of it as we do.

We're not out to be slum-lords, we're out to help people find comfortable places to live, because when you have a "home" to come home to, the world is a nicer place!
